How to Connect on Mac
Navigate to “Download & Tutorials”
This is where all platform-specific installers live.
Choose “macOS” and click “Download OpenVPN”
Make sure you’re on the macOS tab before downloading.
Select your CPU architecture
Pick “Intel” or “Apple Silicon” depending on your Mac. The installer launches.
Follow the installer—Continue → Agree → Install

In your dashboard, open “Licenses” to view username & password
You’ll need these for the VPN login later.
Download the “Config File”
Click the button to get a ZIP containing your OpenVPN profiles.
Import the extracted .ovpn file in OpenVPN Connect
File → Browse → select profile.
Enter your panel’s username & password, tick “Save Password”, then click Connect.
A successful connection banner should appear.
